If you google H Spa, it will probably take you to the legit H Spa at 65th & Keystone. (I am good friends with a lady who works there part time, and there has been at least one report on here confirming legit.).

If you google the phone number it will show two addresses, this one on S Emerson at 4918 and another new one on Teal Rd in Lafayette. (But a note about phone numbers- I have known several owner ladies to be the 'answering service' for several of their spas, keeping the store phones with her as we have traveled, even out of state, and always answering / replying to the callers with the standard 'No busy, You come here? What time? OK, see you later' or some such, then she will text the lady working there.).

Made my first stop here the other day. Conflicting reports thus far so I thought I'd see for myself. The place is a shit hole. No carpet with dirty ice cold concrete floors. Could definitely use some work to warm it up a bit, both literally and figuratively. Most recent report had the MT rated at 3/10 so my expectations were pretty low, but not sure if it was same person tho. Turns out, Amy is kinda cute at five foot nothin.
