There was a place inside the Swansea Mall that did just that; just teasing, and then DIY. Actually it was pretty good overall, if you knew that going in. It was called Reunion or Revival, something like that.

I'm not so sure that what you're looking for exists. In my experience, "massage" is either 100% legit, meaning NO TEASING, or there's anything from a HJ to more on offer. Everywhere I've ever been has been one or the other. Maybe it exists but I've never experienced it.

I have tested the waters with a few places on Newbury Street over the last six months or so. Nothing of interest. I did again try Rainbow Health Center, but the masseuse was horrendous and was encroaching on my spinal cord, which is dangerous. I left and asked for money back.
