Yes. I think a lot of guys go for full sex and in particular Delivery Health, where it can be hit and miss because every girl is different. Soapland tends to have better service, and I recommend beginners start there first. Whereas at Delivery Health you pick the girl based on her ad photo, so you tend to get 'guaranteed looks' but not guaranteed service. So there are many reports of guys seeing 2 or 3 girls through DH and 1 girl isn't great but another is amazing. DH is higher risk higher reward, better for veterans. I always use the analogy that if you go Japan, you want sushi not McDonald's. Sushi in Japan is super cheap and way better. Likewise, there are many things Japan does well besides full sex. I will quote a rundown of your options from "mildest" to "hottest" action:

Shop types
Maid cafe = No alcohol. Girls in costumes come and call you master and serve you curry and other simple dishes, etc. You can pay for a polaroid with them and play other games and activities.
