If you speak NO Japanese, or cannot handle a conversation at normal speed, look towards the foreigner friendly and English options. As an outsider, I got to observe the Tokyo based Japanese fuzoku (sex) industry first hand. It's similar to what we have here, but with a lot of weird written and unwritten rules.
