I've only had personal experience with Vietnam (Saigon / HCMC) and Thailand. All of these are good. They are cheap enough that I would try at every one of these places whenever you have chance to get away. You probably already read the other forum already but the general rundown is that Thailand and Vietnam is very similar in terms of cost and services.

Thailand girls are more aggressive and the bar girls will physically grab you. Think pushy used car sales women. Darker skin, but do have girls from all over the area. More exposure to outsiders so English may be a little better.

Vietnam is more conservative and shy. The girls are lighter skin.

Cambodia. From what I read from the forum. It is most bang for the buck atm. Its what Thailand / Vietnam was prior to the influx of sex tourism.

Yoasobi heaven is for non-Japanese.
