I'm in FFA's boat. I trust existing members are exempt. While I agree such a process makes sense for an unpaying member (all SBs), It doesn't make sense for a paying member (most SDs). The problem with Seeking is there is no barrier to entry for SBs, therefore all the bot, scammers etc.

You do realize this was implemented more for the sugarbaby side than for the sugardaddy. To reduce fake, bot, catfish sugarbabies. Also if you think about it. If you're a sugardaddy using fake pics. Then you're contributing to the catfish issue as well. Because you're a catfish as well using fake pics of yourself. I'm pretty sure the real sugarbabies would appreciate also knowing the sugardaddy they're talking to is using pics that accurately represent who they're taking to.

Plus remember you can keep your pics private until you choose to reveal them to a POT. It's not like they need to be kept public on blast for anyone to view.

I have two profiles, both a few years old. I am pretty observant of all the rules, I don't think I ought to get banned, yet I did get spanked a about a year ago, and had to watch their TOS video. I presume I am on probation, meaning any future transgression and I am instantly banned. We all know what a big deal it is to get banned. So, I don't think this is a great thing. It might be neutral. The same things that keep scammer 'girls' off will keep me off. And I pay, they don't.

Then we'll have to wait and see if it's required of established members which for the moment sounds like it is not. I don't have an issue using real pics even if I did have a SO. The only time I might consider using fake pics is if I had young children that are not 18 yet. I wouldn't want to hurt them if caught. But adults are adults and there's a reason people cheat, shit happens. Having young kids is a different story.

Google pay worked for me. There was no need for verification. The only issue was I tried to use a fake public picture and it was flagged and I was required to picture by scanning the front and back of my driver's license. A few minutes later my profile was active with my real age. After my membership expired I created a different profile using Google pay (5 days ago) with no issues or verification.

I'm still not sure how they have blacklisted me? I was denied creating a profile by using my name and CC but I was able to create a profile by using Google pay and I'd verification?

What I meant was the Google Pay payment will go through but afterwards they'll ask you to upload your Driver's License to verify yourself. Some users will be asked and some not. I'm not sure if it's random.

Yeah, I need to use a prepaid, I can't take any risk at all of that charge on my IRL card and the site having my actual name. The AM hack and all.

According to their support, any prepaid MC works now, with VISA coming in about 2 weeks.

Meaning only for Seeking's temporary use and their eyes only. Not meant to show the selfie video on public profile. There's no mention of hard PII info such as SSN, Name, Address, etc. being gathered. So a bit early to get paranoid over it. And it may not be required of long established members. It said for new users/members.

I think it's a great thing as well. Get rid of bots, catfishes, spammers, etc. It may not reduce it 100% but it's a good start. The only thing it won't work against is full on prostitutes signing up as a fresh sugarbaby. The pro will simply do the selfie video. Then again though there are career sugarbabies that keep returning. Which at that point I call them prostitutes as well. Side gig or main gig as a prostitute.
