At the more reputable places (and a few others) this gets me at minimum one shot and the full hour. It's the $200 up front I always put down in a friendly "that's all I brought, take it or leave it" kind of way. Lately, at a new shop, I'll put down a wrapped condom with the bills so there's no misunderstanding what I'm looking for. I've also been using ten $20 bills lately. It has a slightly higher average success rate over two $100's. Maybe subconsciously harder to ask for more when I've already dropped a stack of 10 bills?
