2 reasons why there are no Chinese apartments in NW burbs. First, the owners all live in the Chinatown area. Just like you don't want to drive to Chinatown from NW burbs, they also don't want to drive to NW burbs. And they would have to do that at least every 2 to 3 days to collect money. But the main reason is because they don't have the credit history to be able to rent a place in NW burbs. In the Chinatown area, they can rent from other Chinese people without having to pass background check or provide credit history.

The last time I went to the Glenview location a family was having a party and there wasn't a space anywhere in the visitors lot. I took a right turn and went down the street and realized that cars were just parked in front of houses. I read the signs and it said no parking from 9 am - 5 pm. So after 5 you should be fine with street parking. I got a space a block away and walked there. Super easy.

I didn't have an issue with OB first time as it was daytime and no buzzer needed. Rook is nice, clean and discrete.

But which location is getting 1,000 guys a month. That's 33 a day! I'll avoid that spot!

OB is easy. It's the most discreet imo. The building is enough of a maze it adds obscurity and you rarely run into anyone once inside the maze. Been there enough I not only know exactly where I am going to get to the door I also take advantage of the fact that the 6 level parking garage has at least 25 key fob controlled entries to the maze and usually at least two of those doors are not latched or are propped open by tennants. Cruise into the garage from the rear entrance and slowly ascend looking at all the doors until I see one propped open or park near ones that I know from experience are likely propped open unlatched or broken. Pick an empty space, enter the maze and call to say I have arrived and then its usually relatively short walk to the door as I can usually park on the same floor as the apartment. I don't remember the last time I had to be buzzed into that building or had to park at the main entrance.

An apartment does have its advantages over KP, otherwise it won't exist at all. For example, an apartment has 2 to 4 girls which means you can ask for lineup and pick the girl you like. And with multiple girls, you can do a double which you can't do at KP since they are one girl per each location. And if you don't like what you see, just go to the next apartment. I have had slight problems parking at the Glenview location, but if the visitor lot is full, there is shopping nearby where I can park. I simply go into the store and when I go out, I do not walk to my car, but to the apartments.

OB, I go to the floor and know my way now, but if a new person went to the floor and just followed the signs and the maps, he would eventually find the apartment. I don't see the problem.

The alternatives to this are to be more like the Asian Apartments or brothels where there's a mamasan or a pimp to answer a phone or meet you and let you in. I would guess that would raise the price a wee bit to pay him / her. I much prefer a slight difficulty getting buzzed in and having to call the booker before I go in over having to meet anyone except the lady.

I love the location for convenience and the apartment / townhouse is really nice. I do get the problem about being in the open walking up to the door. I do not park right in front, but on the side street. I wouldn't go to my car if I thought someone was following me out or recording me.
