Yeah, but I would be way more concerned if the services changed. The open door policy may be a result of safety concerns or an attempt to better discourage extras beyond the standard HE, OTC, and UTC that the owner is okay with. Rest of trip was normal and the experience was the same as I've received consistently over the past 4-5 months, but wanted to make everyone aware of that change.
