Google HB 971 and you'll see it. I posted about it back on 6/29 when WRAL ran an article. More details have come out since then, like no PJCs allowed for us, no charges brought against the lady involved and Homeland setting up a task force in Raleigh. I believe December 1st is going to be the start of a long dry spell around here.

Also enforcement will be significantly ramped up, as the new levels of crime involved make enforcement much more lucrative. Homeland security is making a base here for the very purpose of enforcing these new laws.

Doesn't matter if it's 2024 or 2025.

It is not illegal, to pick up a street walker, meet an escort for outcall, meet an escort for incall, get HE service in AMP. It IS illegal to get "caught" dealing with an under cover COP, get "caught exchanging payment" for sex, get caught doing the deed in a public place (indecent exposure) Bottom line avoid Stings! Other than that it's just you and he spending time together not a crime. As said if you get caught it's going to be a worse crime than before with the new law. Other than the HE subject if there's drugs close by or a violent confrontation with a handler that's another subject.

How's the new law, that would take affect from 12/1, would impact the AMP visits?

Clearly it's all speculative before 12/1, but AMPs have always the best way to avoid any quid pro quo type discussions, by putting an appropriate tip on the counter in advance for them to see, getting naked before the massage, and touching their legs to see if they pull back or push your hand away.

I wanted to share the knowledge that I've culminated over the past few months in the area. There's been a handful of places all advertising on STG throughout RDU & Cary are all ploys to get people in the door but have no HE's. When this is the case, I walk out and do not tip. Pretty ridiculous business practice IMO.

•South of the Border- took a fellow mongers advice and took the trip, it was worth the drive and worth every penny. Will definitely return, overall great experience.

•Studio. Been going here more recently and Tina does a good job and gives a solid tease. Plus I always enjoy the table shower.

•Dreams spa. Haven't been in a little while, but always a decent massage and decent HE but nothing special.

Figured I'd give you guys the low down on what I've been through. However if you are looking for an amazing non-HE foot massage go to Ran Spa in Cary & ask for Ping. There is an older lady Wendy there that I'm suspicious might give HEs but I'm not sure. My other favorite is Natural Spa in Chapel Hill and ask for Mia, phenomenal foot massage. What feedback do you all have on green apple?
