Application Requirements.

In order to set up your Preferred411 account we may need personal information such as your name, phone number, and work information. The only exception is if you have at least two references from active P411 companions who are well-established in the community. Any personal information collected during the verification process is destroyed once we are able to approve your account.

This was few years ago. BI took my P411 membership as reference. I don't remember all the details, but it was (still is?) possible to join P411 without providing any personal information.

I found an email from when I joined in 2021:

Thank you for your interest in our verification service, we look forward to having you join us!

We require the following information to complete the verification process. To prevent any delays in the processing of your application, please be sure to upload clear images that are large enough for us to view the required information:

Driver's License showing name and DAY of birth, on a piece of paper with the date hand written on it.

Proof of Self employment: llc / dba, ein, articles of incorp or similar government issued documentation.

Recent Utility bill, showing your full name and recent date.

Quite intrusive for sure but that's why most agencies and indies trust it. Not sure if anything changed since but in its favor P411 is not in the US and would be the only place which you'd have to share your private info with. I'd rather do that than to give it to some (or few) agencies, let alone any Indy.

I think BI would take P411 for verification but other than that it's either 2 (or 3 - I don't remember) references from providers with extensive track record on USASG or on TER, or your private info.

The (still) on-going Boston Top Ten case with the owners + 28 hobbyists being dragged through the court system did have a major affect on Maya, as well as on desire of Korean agencies to reenter Boston market, especially considering the Boston Asian Dolls bust just 5 years beforehand.

BTW, I don't use P411 much anymore since I mostly see BI girls but sometimes it still comes incredibly handy. I highly recommend to everybody to have it. Not everybody takes it but greater majority of agencies and indies do. P411 is out of the country. It's the only time you'd have to provide your private info, and it saves you a lot of headache with verifications.

I completely agree about P411. Definitely worth it. Signing up is easy, verification wasn't bad at all. Once you have an account, that's it! Just keep renewing your membership. They are easy to work with too. I let my membership lapse for nearly 6 years when I took a break from the hobby but when I was ready to jump back in, they still had my membership info so I didn't have to get verified all over again. Great company.
