The pictures you're asking about would be of providers walking the streets, very much in public and very much lacking any expectation of privacy. So snap away with impunity!

Not a lawyer, but if you take a pic of someone in public, there is no expectation of privacy. Think of all the "Karen" videos that are on YouTube. Plus, it seems like it would be pretty hard to trace the photo back to you? It's possible considering how much info you guys put on here, like when they were at a certain location, what they drive, etc, but would be pretty hard.
