I had a dream that I drove down the ave and it was cleaner than I have ever seen it. Kudos to the mayor. I also dreamt that there was a tall bottle blond who took direction and was highly skilled. There is still hope for the ave.

Wish I had one. She used to be out daily from 2014-2015, long blonde hair. Very very skinny, relatively gaunt. Would fluctuarr between xanax and heroin as her drug of choice.

Of course have situational awareness. Also, never do a pick up around LE as courtesy. That said, it's possible that the situation was not what it was.

The man and woman could have had a warrant for something else. Most girls I met out in the streets had warrants because they skipped court.

As far as the car being towed he might have been riding dirty to boot. No insurance, no registration, etc. can get your car towed in Philadelphia. That's why there are so many hit and runs. People driving around with no insurance / registration and they have warrants on top so they run.

Yeah I don't know what led to them pulling him over. I just rode by and saw the light flashing with the oldhead and girl that looked like a SW. And everything else that followed as I made laps.

They have video cameras all along the ave. They can easily tell who is a monger if they wanted to. Same with the AMPs. I'm sure they know all the illegal ones. If they wanted to, they could just bust everyone. They don't because it will not change anything. Everything will go right back to normal the next day and it is a victimless "crime". They might start doing something if it becomes a public issue like in NYC. But in Philly, the cops are worried about bigger things.

Riding up the ave and saw a paddy wagon with its lights on near Venango. Get to the light and see and older guy with what appears to be a SW in the car pulled over. Do a few more laps and only see the girl in the car (they must have put the old guy in the wagon). Make a few more laps then I see them getting the girl out of the car. Next lap I see the tow truck coming to take the car. The old guy must have been reckless while picking up or the girl was cooperating because she def looked like an addict so she wasn't an undercover. Anyway, be careful and smart when picking up.
