If you aren't a regular it is possible to get hustled out of your money. Here's my experience before I became a regular there.

A girl took me to the back asked for house fee gave me a lackluster (worse massage I ever had even by FS standards) after the massage she asked for tip I tip her she left the room I got up to get dressed but another girl entered the room and asked me how much money I had I'm like huh? She is the girl that does CBJ or CFS. If the first girl thinks you are a cop or a jerk or something that's it that's the end of your session. She won't get the FS girl or she will say FS girl busy so you only get normal massage today. I remember that being my experience when I first visited that location but YMMV and they rotate girls often so maybe it's different now idk.

I went to Thai Massage&DDS SPA the other day and drew a younger girl with a nice rack, but I don't remember her name. She either had baby damage or was at one point much larger and lost the weight. I only got a standard HE, but for $. 8, she stripped down and allowed roaming everywhere and FIV.
