Have you booked with them before? I'm pretty sure they're more responsive if you have booked with them before. I saw CherryDD and Jora a few times with them and they almost instantaneously respond to me. I think the booker for them, Kstar, and CP are probably the best in terms of communication speed. 1) Some agencies are affiliated with other branches. In those cases, if you've used the agency enough and are in good standing you can get verified with them. This helps with step 2.
2) If you know a girl well and she likes you and you want to repeat her, then if she changes agencies / cities you can ask to book her. Tell her to send your number to the booker. I've done this twice. She's the one that's going to be taking your appointment, so she wouldn't only greenlight you if you're solid.
I once did #2 as I dropped off a jgirl from our date. Of course, I didn't tell the booker that, the less they know the better. I said I'd be booking X and that she would forward my number. Later when she did, I was instantly verified and booked. That was really important, because a few months later that booker was the one that recommended Hani to me when another girl could not be booked. One thing leads to another, this is how you expand your network.
#1 is so easy I did it while driving to the next city. I said I'm in with the SD branch of the agency, can I verify with the OC branch to see why? They handed me off to another booker who handled OC. That is how I booked the greatest jgirl of all time. Three times in fact. Then I could book a bunch of other girls every time I went over.
I then saw a new agency in town. They had branches in other cities, so I used method 3 which is only available in California. It's Humaniplex. The lack of HX is why screening is unnecessarily painful for many. Anyways I used HX to prove I was a regular at multilple korgs, so they screened me on that alone. I then used that agency to directly book in other cities. A poor half-substitute for Humaniplex is to use TER or some other account to help screen, but it doesn't really prove anything. HX is proof (you can show a korg rated you as safe). But at some point if your TER is good enough, it can help. I just try to avoid that.
The very first and maybe second agency is the hardest in that sense. I did that more than 10 years ago. So I know this info is super long-term, but I hope you put it to use over the next few years and then things become easy.

Pros:
