Same thing happened with me a couple of months ago. It wouldn't let me do anything unless I did an I'd verification, which I definitely would not do. I just created a new account and so far no issues. I had that original account for well over 5 years so not sure what triggered that.

Have you tried using a google search like seeking.com coupon, I saw a few other codes out there but not sure if they work.

I have the code, but they have removed the option to enter a code at checkout. Now the only way to get a discount, is to hope you get a popup offer when you log in.

Yeah. I didn't have any luck finding a dialogue box to enter a discount code this time either. Had been using it for years. Best I could do is a pop-up offering 10% off. Close that. Then a 20% box will pop-up. That was the best I could do. May have to delete cookies / history in order to get the pop-up to work. They know how often and how many times you log in. They aren't going to offer if you're searching for it.
