What's the etiquette for 30 minutes sessions? Do I need to let the booker know when I schedule that I want a 30 minutes session? Or can I just schedule, show up, and decide whether I want to do 30 minutes or 60 minutes once I see the girl? Trying to cover my bases here.

You need to let the booker know if you want a 30-minute session. Otherwise, they will often assume you want 1 hour, since that is far more common. Some bookers ask, but some don't. So it's better to be certain and tell the booker up front that you want 30 minutes. As for the session itself, it's usually quick shower, quick BBBJ, quick bang, quick shower, and out the door. Not enough time for much else.

If you decide you want to stay for the full hour, you can ask the girl if it's OK (and give her the extra cash, of course). But the answer will depend on whether she has another customer on the way, and whether she wants to continue with you or not.

I went to the same clubs in TJ (HK, Adelitas, Chicago). 2 girls were fantastic, 18 girls varied from bare minimum effort to okay. So a 10% "win" rate...

Yup, that's been my experience, as well. You have to sift through a large number of unappealing girls in TJ to find one or two good ones. I've just found it to be not worth my time to go there anymore. Sure, they are a lot cheaper. But I'd file that under, "You get what you pay for. " And compared to some of the best LA k-girls, I've never seen anyone in TJ who could compare to Nali, Bona, Lucky, Shani, Ina, Lucy, Tifa, Elle, Cami, etc. Not even close.

Of course, as you say, I'm sure it is all about the type of girl you like. If you like girls with more meat on their bones, then, yeah, TJ is probably a better option for that. At this point, it doesn't really matter anymore. Going forward, I hope the owners address the issue, if it can be addressed at all. The reason why management wants them out would have been detailed in the eviction notice.

I know a guy who works for building management in Irvine and he tells me that a large portion of their 3 day notice to quit served (a type of eviction notice) is due to suspected prostitution. Not just for his company but Irvine in general. But it's kept hush hush and swept under the rug to maintain a semblance of propriety for themselves, the city, and a facade for the tenants. That's why at least in OC and I would imagine the same for LA, you get incalls shuffling around or brand new locations.
