-Yes, I called her several hours beforehand to set up the appointment per her instructions. No specifics were discussed over the phone, as I've always felt as though that is standard procedure. No "Do you do X and why service"? Or "Do you do X and why service for $Z"? Apparently this where I failed. But I try to be very cautious based on what I have read from providers.
