I drive by this area frequently and the location makes me a bit nervous also. I drove by Sunday the open sign was on and the lot was empty. I wish I would have had time to stop going or coming but didn't. I did notice that the real estate rental sign is still up out front advertising the place for rent. This seems odd. I had to drive by yesterday and and they seemed very busy, a couple vehicles in the back and that spot in the front was full. Somebody must have got the 2 hr package, one of the same vehicles there going and coming. Just pointing out how visible this is. It's also right in the middle of the school zone where cars a driving by 15 mph, agreed if you're trying to get out unseen it looks difficult. Generally that area after 3-3:30 pm becomaes a parking lot. On the other hand it could be a place to stop and wait for traffic to die. I've got to check it out soon.

There are other "public" places near by that you can easily park at and walk the 20-30 yards to this place. And all of them are usually closed on the weekends and Monday.

I don't feel the place itself is a setup but I do feel they set themselves up for failure. What you wrote is one of the reasons Mon-Fri daytime is probably bad for this location. And why I encourage visiting sooner rather than later. Especially if some end up wanting to do some post-election cleanup.

But there is also another aspect to this. It is far too soon to say but I've begun to wonder if this side of town may be somewhat of an "exception. " This place may be the straw that broke the camels back, but of my limited knowledge, there are only 3 places (that aren't hotels) that offer options of this level. And they're all in the same area code and none are particularly secret. From google maps with no traffic, you could drive from there, to Q, to 22 back to back in 9 minutes.
