Agency scams usually when a girl shows up at your room for some TGTBT price (like $200) and she says that's the agency fee and only gets her to your room anything else is negotiated above and way beyond that. Girls will ask for $1 k for FS, you say no, "it's Vegas" is the typical excuse, she leaves with 200 easy money in 5 minutes.

Especially an outcall to your room you need to do some research and get someone with a reputation / reviews for showing up and earning your money.
