So, after posting this information, I went back through the board and looked for all of those great Ozone posts...and found none. So it could be I just duped myself and didn't keep good enough mental notes about which place I wanted to visit. That means I am an idiot. That being the case, you can just take my rant / post as a solid "not recommended" for Ozone. So, even if I am an idiot, at least I am a useful idiot.

All or nearly all of the positive reviews of Ozone during the last year were about Karly who is now at SXL and one other place. You didn't trick yourself but you also probably misread the reviews all being about one provider.
