In 2022, I posted the following:

From prior reports in the Streetwalker Reports thread and the Downtown thread, here are prices that various mongers paid for Taylor / Tayler or that were requested by Taylor / Tayler.

(1) $80 price quote for BBBJ, but she then agreed to $70 for BBBJ.

(2) $80 price quote for BBBJ, but no swallow and a time limit of ten minutes.

(3) $100 for BBBJ.

(4) $100 for BBBJ.

(5) $100 for BJ (whether a BBBJ or a CBJ not specified).

(6) $100 for BBBJCIM.

(7) $100 for BBBJCIM..

If anyone has any updates to that 2022 post, please post them.

Might want to ask her beforehand about any time limits. When I told her that I needed a no-rush and relaxed BBBJ, she quoted a price of $80 but candidly said there would be a ten-minute time limit. One other monger also reported that she asked him to finish after a BBBJ of about ten minutes.

If anyone has any more recent info about potential time limits, feel free to post such info.

My guess its Maria. Fare skinned, 5' ish, distinguished forehead, thick legs, A / Bs, always looking at her phone. Discreet. Could be wrong but the time of day fits the MO for this particular SW.

Yeah that is Maria, she gets tight kitty but service is rubbish, she's very picky, rushes, and puts barely any work in. Better off saving your $ and use your right hand. She may not even pay you any mind when you try and fish, she ignores you and keeps playing on her phone.

What's the deal with that one girl, about 5' , thick but not super sloppy, that's always at the corner of Fort and S Kukui, just as you make the turn on to the main cruising strip on the road behind longs? Now she's got her hair tied back and it might be colored strawberry blonde, but she's been there in the mornings for years with different looks. She's weird and will ask you, "do you need something?" and is totally for hire, but just her personality is such like she doesn't want any transaction to close.

Will get picture next time.

I was walking on Kalakaua and notice a beautiful young asian girl standing on the corner of lewers. When we locked eyes she immediately walked over and asked what I was doing tonight and if I needed some company. Not 100% sure I invited her for a drink. Then she said that she offered a different type of company. We were surrounded by people passing by so I acted like I didn't know what she meant. Then an older middle age white lady explained what the younger Asian girl was providing. I told them I didn't have a location and they offered a incall. Something felt off so I told them maybe later and asked for their number. They mentioned leaving in the morning and told me to message when ready. I've lived in Waikiki for 2 months and never had this type of approach. Is this the norm or did I avoid a police sting?

I did one time, on a different island. I picked up a working girl back in the backpage days when I was in Hilo and she could only do car play. So she told me to go the road behind the airport and pull off on a small side road. So I did, and we went at it in the front seat. Then two cops pulled up while we were going at it. They asked for both of our IDs, then made us wait (maybe to check for outdistancing warrants or something. I don't know). Then they told us to leave as we were on restricted property. So we left, and we never finished that day because I had to be somewhere else and this incident took about 25 minutes.

DC (Sec 1101) can be for anything and is called "contempt of cop".

A valid conviction for Disorderly Conduct under HRS section 711-1101 can't be for "anything". That would be unconstitutional. The conduct must fit into at least one of the specific types of conduct listed in HRS section 711-1101, and the defendant must have "intent to cause physical inconvenience or alarm by a member or members of the public" or "recklessly (be) creating a risk thereof". Of course, as with many other minimal offenses, police have some discretion and generally a person is more likely to be charged if he treats the police with contempt. Not saying that's right, but it's a fact of life.

I just visit your paradise from time to time, so I don't know if any of these charges can get you branded as a sex offender. Back here in the DC area, just urinating behind a tree and being seen by a neighbor, especially their teen daughter, can make you a registered sex offender.

The complicated subject of what offenses require sex offender registration in Hawaii is covered by HRS Chapter 846 E, especially HRS section 846 E-1. If anyone is interested in that subject, it's probably better to consult a lawyer knowledgeable on that subject. However, there is a 2003 ruling by the Hawaii Supreme Court that "indecent exposure, in violation of HRS section 707-734, does not constitute an offense subject to the sex registration and public notification requirements of HRS chapter 846 E". A lawyer would be able to determine if that ruling is still valid.

In addition to Hawaii's petty misdemeanor offense of Open Lewdness (HRS section 712-1217), mentioned in my previous post, there is:

HRS section 707-734, Hawaii's petty misdemeanor offense of Indecent Exposure, but to violate that law requires that a person "intentionally exposes the person's genitals to (another) person to whom the person is not married under circumstances in which the actor's conduct is likely to cause affront".

HRS section 711-1101, Disorderly Conduct, prohibits a variety of conduct. The only subsection I see that could be potentially relevant to this type of situation would be making "unreasonable noise". There is another subsection that prohibits subjecting a person "to offensively coarse behavior," but that requires the behavior "is likely to provoke a violent response". Regarding punishment: "Disorderly conduct is a petty misdemeanor if it is the defendant's intention to cause substantial harm or serious inconvenience, or if the defendant persists in disorderly conduct after reasonable warning or request to desist. Otherwise disorderly conduct is a violation," which is a non-criminal offense.
