Was hesitant from the start. I was only about ten minutes away and I confirmed a visit. I wasn't going to leave until she reconfirmed near the time I was supposed to be there. The owner and security guard at 712 aint no threat to you. They are always running back and forth collecting rent, doing maintenance things like that.
