Some dancers don't dance on stage at all, anyone know how they do that? Is it even mandatory for the girls to dance on stage? Maybe lessens their quota? Some girls aren't even veterans and are able to never dance on stage.

I assume if you're a new girl you got to go on stage to get your face out there better.

If I was management, if a girl makes me more money because she's busy with LDs and VIPs, I'd keep her off the stage. Candy from SR rings a bell.

Cut songs predates timed VIPs. Back then, the shorter the songs, the more songs it will take for guys to finish. The more songs guys get, the more money the club makes. IMHO, the shorten songs are just hold over from that period.

Also, a lot of dancers hate going on stage. Shorten the songs mean less time on stage. Which mean less bitching from dancer about having to go on stage. Over the years, I had to listen to ton of dancer ***** about having to go on stage. As annoying it is for me, it's got to be 1000 x worst for the managers.

So what's the logic from management to have shorten song lengths? I don't get it. I feel like full length songs = more happy customer. More happy customer = more spending.

It's not like we are lining up and waiting to get a lapdance because it's full. Lately there's so much dead time that it's not uncommon for dudes just sitting staring at each other because no one wants to go up on stage, and no one is giving lap dances.

The whole vibe at SR COI is bad these days. They hired a bunch of trashier looking girls who would never have been hired by SR in the past. Day times you may barely see any dancers at all and sit with an open stage. Night times, if you don't have regular girls, the others will mostly try to hustle you with ridiculous quotes. The art of a good clean sexy dance is almost dead except for just a handful of veteran dancers. (This goes for most COI clubs.).

I don't think it's that deep or it's you; some girls just don't do extras. Portia, Aurora, etc in my experience were clean girls. If any of you guys got extras from these girls consider yourself lucky or handsome or a charmer.

However, Jhene was known to do extras for a stretch then all of a sudden said she was closed for extras business (most likely got a boyfriend or sugar daddy that laid down the law.) Cora needs several visits from you to feel comfortable enough to do extras, so yes in that case it's because you're a new face to her.
