Pretty much only Japanese girls offer cip here. You're looking at $600 an hour with cip. Sometimes more depending on the girl. Some girls offer $100 raw with no cip but I usually bring extra so if I do cip I'd pay the difference after. If you're not Chinese or Asian, you'd need recommendations to get into Lily's. Who knows if she was Russian, she barely said a word the entire time. She never smiled once either. Face is ok and Body is an 8. 5.
