1:00 am highway seemed quiet. Saw some walkers near the gas station. Went to circle on lynhaven. Saw a peach dress that caught my eye coming towards the street was about to stop for her. Then I saw the blue lights. Not flashing. Just the one on top the car. Love that thing see them coming. Anyway about 4/5 of them piled up block back from gas station. Had a tall skinny BSW on the ground in cuffs talking to another shorter BSW. Drove right past it no choice. Just couldn't stop for the dress. Came back around the gas station 2 WSW hurrying away. People were just scattering as 3 more units camee to area. I did a few more laps on the highway. Since all the action was on the back street.
