Oh I've been there and I'm finally able to stick to a budget after many years. We come into this hobby having been starved of pussy for far too long, but eventually we have our fill and our standards rise. Then it becomes a fight against FOMO (fear of missing out). You need to know what you really like and value and scale back, or you'll burn through your budget. Sometimes reports can help in narrowing down the kind of girl you like, nothing's perfect but it helps. Other times you find a girl and repeat her, reliably and with satisfaction.

It goes back to fighting FOMO. Even if you see most girls in town, there's still way more in the next town you haven't seen. And the other coast too. It's never ending, exhausting, a chore. Don't fall into that. In the big picture you won't even see 1% of the pussy any way you slice it. But you can come out very satisfied if you just stop caring about that. Only focus on one pussy at a time.

We all want to spend too much when things feel good, but it always feels better when you go less often. You feel every stroke more, your loads are more satisfying. Go less often. You have to accept an occasional loss, there's no need to play catch up when that happens. This isn't gambling. Wait until you need it again instead. Focus on your career and life that your urges pulled you away from. That's what pays for this hobby. Then over time and effort you'll find that balance. Don't lose it when you do.

Too true. I really try to narrow down to the one / two girls I really want to see at any given time so I don't want to run off to see x, y, and z before they leave. Great take on using this hobby to supplement your life and not the other way around.
