Setting detailed expectations up front has helped me in the past. If they balk or start haggling they get dropped off promptly. If they want payment up front they are out within three blocks. This happens frequently on JD. Not so much on Chambo. If we all used the same approach the quality might improve. Lily is a trooper and will make sure you're happy. That's why the other SWs pick on her so much.
