Years ago I got wind from a provider that they found my info although I had a fake number. Somehow the fake number got tied to my name and history when you google it (on websites like spokeo). I now occasionally Google my fake number and change it almost annually because of it.

If you did some digging and found out it's true how don't you have the info on their method? No website or how they do it but you know it's true? A little bit weird but I am not surprised if they do something like that.
