I've made that mistake before. In general, never take a newbie at OZ as a general rule of thumb, unless she has some experience. You'll need to have effective pre-screening skills. I generally know the right questions to ask now, and hardly ever does a newbie pass the test. Give them a few months--if she wants to survive at this club she'll need to become a lot more liberal with her rules and service.

$200 is what you pay the manager before going back the club keeps a 1/3 and the dancer gets the rest at the end of shift. Some ladies will try to get as much as they can as an extra tip at the end.

Tipping $200 after as well can be a lot unless you got a LOT for it.

They still do free cover Saturday. Place is packed with couples that night and some other nights.

With some dancers though they fixate just on the guy and his lady friend doesn't get much attention. If that's what you make sure they connect on the floor well before going back.

2 For 1 dances on the:30 minute mark every hour can be a way to try a dancer out. They don't charge extra for rooms / dances for having two of you.
