I would not say they are lower.

They offer different service levels, but most of the Chinese ladies are GFE for the most part.

I've heard of a rare one that offered PSE, but at a significant upcharge. If I remember correctly, it was on par with LA upcharge rates.

Any Korean with that org usually has the typical k-org rates for the area.
