She works once, maybe twice a week now. Her hours are limited and she'll only answer her phone on the days she works unless you have her personal number. From my experiences, you might have better luck finding her on a Wednesday after 3 pm when check-in starts. I think that's because rooms are generally cheaper on Wednesday. Good Luck!
