After considering the recent passing of a highly rated provider, and the continued grumblings that we all have when our favorites miss appointments or all of sudden start ghosting us, it's a good time to reflect on the inconvenient truth that the hobby is in full decline. While drug use has always been a likely commodity used to help a woman deal with the mental and emotional toll of providing, we now have the specter of ODs looming. The influx of fentanyl has made seeking a simple high a huge risk.

Beyond that, the endless excuses and unbelievable cover stories (overslept, phone died, kid went to ER, mom or sister needed me, car broke down, etc), have many of us reconsidering our hobby choices. Well, we aren't alone in that conclusion here in Michigan. I recently visited friends in the Orlando / Tampa area. I found this post to be interesting.

While there may be some quality girls out there who are early stage addicts and not really showing signs of drug abuse or addiction, I'm becoming more and more firm about this standard as the dates go by.

Time is such a precious resource, and frankly the search / chase is kind of half the fun in this hobby. So many of us undervalue what our time is worth, though. To spend the amount of time that some of us do on the list aggregators to then be stood up by a girl who got too fucked up or had some other kind of chaos going on in her life that she wasn't going to tell you about until you arrived? Fuck that with a capital F.

I've cut ties with some incredibly beautiful and talented women that just couldn't get their shit together. Respect and courtesy is a two way street, and so many of you guys get dogged by girls who have no control of their demons. We all know our demon wears a red dress, but let's not be too pussy whipped to admit when its not worth our time or effort.
