I try not to give too much info about these things since it's a public forum, but there are two options. First is the door on the left and you can jam a credit card / library card straight in and it opens. Worked on first try. Other option is the car gate which was always open when I went. Both lead to the same elevator room. The card method is reliable. If you are too early and already there, you could hang out elevator room and be on your phone. Unfortunately due to renovations there is not much place to hang out upstairs. So being at your car on the phone is another option. I know the area well so I'll even do street parking a block away if I'm super early.

I just read the previous comments. Its happened to me to. Customer service is sometimes lacking at SDAG. But they have brought some real gems to town. My faves include Petra and Fendi, but many more going back over the years. I find the current emphasis on BBFS options a bit of a challenge. I tend to steer clear as I know I won't be able to resist and that could lead to major problems elsewhere in my life.

I've used SDAG for years and there have been at least half a dozen times they've gotten me all the way to the parking lot before they tell me they've made a mistake and / or that she isn't available or they double booked.
