It was really dead yesterday afternoon there seemed like a Saturday afternoon lineup. I have noticed that the really hot Cubans that were working there a few months ago have gone away but some fatter and average looking Cubans are working there now.

I completely agree the more experienced girls have less inhibitions and can be wild in the VIP. It takes a certain patience to enjoy a newbie, and coach her and teach her, and help her loose her inhibitions. I understand it is not for everyone, but for me personally I find it a big turn on to be with a newbie. About the time I lose interested in her is when she can't learn anything more from me, but I typically leave her able to provide the kind of service most guys desire. I find there are two kinds of young (college-aged) girls at clubs, at least among the ones that catch my eye:

Some of these ladies can be fun if you can earn their trust and they have an inner sensuality they're just shy about revealing to the world. Most, however, are just not a great option.

There is a small number, however, that's very open-minded and have some nympho in them. Embrace these, especially if it comes from a place where they like a more camgirl kind of sensibility for lingerie, makeup and hair rather than the alt, Suicide Girl thing. I agree the better girls don't like the high pressure girls, and think they are stealing their customers. I also agree the high pressure girls make some money and pay their tip outs. I do not think they are few and far between, but are in every club.

Leaving doesn't send any clear signal, guys leave all the time for a million reasons.

The manager is a good resource, because he doesn't know who is driving customers away. The high pressure dancers driving customers away and driving other good dancers away is something he cares about because the club makes more money with more customer and one less high pressure dancers tip out. The manager can't and won't do anything until he hears complaints from multiple customers about a specific dancer.

Like I say, I've never encountered the same kind of pressure I have at Detroit clubs, notably the one example I gave. I think the negotiation piece has a lot to do with it, including take it or leave it offers. At most clubs elsewhere, negotiation isn't even part of the experience. In Detroit, because virtually no prices are set in stone, you go through it with most dancers, which means you feel like you're trying to drive a hard bargain a lot.

I agree that leaving doesn't send a clear signal to the dancer or club, but, call me crazy, it sends a clear and needed signal to yourself: I'm not putting up with this BS and they're not getting my money under any circumstances. You're unequivocally deciding the big head wins this visit, which isn't always easy to do, but important sometimes.

As for the manager, I dunno. If the dancer makes money, by hook or by crook, I'm not sure they care. I suppose, if enough customers have an issue, yeah. But, honestly, I'm not in Detroit enough to know if my opinion would be respected. They'd probably just think I'm a one-off guy who's just upset about something. I know when something's not right, but without repeated contact, I'm not going to push the issue in my one or two visits per year. I might only have a few hours in that visit to try and make things happen. I'd rather just go to another club than spend that time chasing down a manager to let him know a girl was rude on principle.

Don't take that as gospel, I haven't talked to her in quite a while. So I'm just guessing to if and when she may come back to dancing again.
