Sound advice thank you. The parlors got to hit certain numbers to bring in enough better quality providers and pay the rent, else poor working conditions / lower pay for the girls mean we get bad service / attitude / etc. That makes me lean towards paying a bit extra and keeping the girls happy so they keep us satisfied.
