A girl standing alone is not necessarily ssarily a good indicator of they as re a decoy or not There is a lot of girls that work alone. Often times you will see will see 2 decoys working together. If I am unfamiliar with a area or unsure if LE is cracking down I will park & observe. It will be very obvious if something is happening. Sometimes. You will see tow trucks.
