Your main options are:

Sky.

Diamond.

Lotus.

These three are guaranteed HJ but rarely anything beyond that. Sometimes Lotus has girls giving covered BJs. The other AMPs in town, a ton of them don't even give a HJ from reports here which is weird af.

Happened to be in Frankfort today and stopped into Jing Spa about mid-day for a change of pace. No other cars in the parking lot and the OPEN sign wasn't lit, but the door was unlocked so I went in. All the doors to the rooms were open with overhead lights on on inside the rooms, but no one else was in there at all as far as I could tell. I stayed at the front waiting area and waited around for a bit to see if I'd be greeted eventually. It didn't happen and I didn't hear anyone shuffling around in the back rooms at all so I just left after a few minutes. Not sure what it means, just figured I'd mention it because it was very odd.

Was in Frankfort and had some time and the back was really tight so decided to stop in Key, I drew Amy. Well she is cute and sexy but DO NOT to an hour. Yeah its not the best situation. I've had a couple providers in the past from the usual "HJ Only" places that I've been able to convert into BJ or even FS (once) over a few visits, but ultimately it is just more efficient to budget the cash and extra drive time to Louisville and get what you really want the first time. I'm hopeful that someone will see the opportunity and fill the huge void in service sometime soon.

I checked Forrest and East recently and they are also closed. Forrest no number to call now and open sign not lit. Close by East was boarded up completely with 'No Trespassing'.

Are both of these places out now too? They weren't the next by any means, but they were a nice change every now and then.
