In my humble opinion, Men aren't meant to be monogamous. There's 7 billion people in the world. It wouldn't happen if everyone was monogamous. Also Men and Women cheat differently. Women cheat emotionally and bond differently when they have sex. When women have sex, they pair bond with that person. Their biology works differently than men.

Men can have sex with no emotional attachment. Men cheat by providing for that other person such as buying houses or providing for that person.

Depending on your SO, it might be better for you to come up with an agreement between the both of you where you can have sex with multiple people. Just don't embarrass her and don't bring any outside babies or diseases.
