I'm not a lawyer but I'd say multiple men coming and going from a room, especially if they're all staying for certain increments, would be enough probable cause for a warrant. If a cop happened to hear "screams" or other signs of distress that might constitute enough exigent circumstances for them to enter the room. I'll also say that even if they don't get a warrant or have exigent circumstances, they can still tail you and hope you do something dump like roll a stop sign. While you have protections, that doesn't mean that some other monger won't spill the beans hoping to get let off. There's also the other thorny issue which is that it's hard to know who is on probation and who is not. It's also hard to know the terms of their probation. If the chick is on probation then her PO has pretty broad let me mess with their day just because freedom.

I'm not saying not to partake in the hobby after the law but just be careful and maybe consider having a lawyer on retainer. I'd also avoid certain areas depending on the provider's volume. Just like with AMPs I imagine the Cary PD will be more active shutting things down than the Raleigh PD.

Given prices are what they are I'd also advise that guy start demanding more. With that kind of law in effect there's little chance I'm walking up to a strange room. Instead I recommend telling the provider to let you in a specific side door or meeting in the lobby. If you're paying over $300/ hr and they won't do that then move on.

This is my main concern too. That whole situation would be reallyyyyy shitty. Maybe some people just don't have much to lose so it's no big deal for them.

"Help us get these men using you, off the streets, you poor little flower" will be the approach from LEO. There are no deals for us because we're where the big charges come from. Note that much of what I know about how the changes get implemented by LEO comes from my family member who's a detective (Theft, not Vice). We're going to need to be much much more careful going forward (if we continue this hobby) and IMO one of the real risks are with the scammer girls or the false advertising girls that you walk out on. Yep. Everyone will have incentive to go against you. Hotel staff, neighbors, passerbys, girls, pimps etc. Anyone trying to stay silent will face charges themselves. Girls will be given the option, did you traffic yourself or did he traffic you?
