Hope you get better, the most common issue is bacterial and not all types will show up on a test (just the very severe ones). There are even generic bacterial utis (non-identifiable variants) and they can happen no matter civvie or SW partner. So if nothing known shows up but you still feel issues, one final option is to get generically treated. Some county clinics have done this for me (before the test results came back since I had symptoms), or you can use an online prescription which will send it to your nearest pharmacy, often a 3-antibiotic combo. It was cheaper than I expected, like $50 for the service and the drugs were a few dollars thanks to insurance. Oral combo is not as 100% effective as the combo with a shot, but almost as good I've read up to 98%. It worked for me before but once I do that I am done for bb as long as I can. There is some nausea with taking antibiotics since they kill off a lot of good bacteria too, it's temporary so eat some yogurt to restore it. Worrying is stressful so we each have to make our decision on bb, think with your head and make your own decision.
