I was going to write something but you said it much more eloquently. Market competition. Market dynamics. Nova and dmv aren't making this market. It's already the market in New York and then the girls come down here and ask the same after mostly starting in NY.

NYC Standard quote. $100 BB $100 more to CIP it. Not everyone pays the quoted price, some do, some don't. Many girls negotiate along with the video package.

LA/CA has upcharges sometimes, don't forget that many girls in LA fetches higher starting base price so they are already taking in more money. Many girls are $300 30 min in LA but $240 30 min in NYC for example. I also have heard people taking in $100-$200 CIP Japanese. Korean ****** are cheaper for sure for CIP so we should isolate the specific providers since Chinese CIP are also $100.

Also, most Japanese girls are younger while K and C girls are older so K/C girls upcharge is often lower too in NYC. I would assume the same elsewhere.

I mean, I've only tried a few agencies here but as far as the CIP included, I've never been prompted to pay extra for the CIP. That's my experience anyways. There one agency that I used to go to while taking layovers in Dallas and they did charge me $50 for the CIP. I'm sure it varies by the girl rather than the agency itself but that's been my experience anyways.
