First visit to Nine Spa, greeted by Mary ("as in Merry Christmas"), a cute 20 something with a bangin' body. Enough English to be conversational and has a sense of humor. They have a table shower, a nice plus. I highly recommend. A word of caution: everything is more expensive these days.

I was going to visit my old standbys today, but to my surprise they were closed up. Not sure if it had something to do with the assault that ok place last month, may there are those who no more. Anyway, I am looking for a new place. Any recent report you would care to share would be appreciated.

I'm sure it did have something to do with the assault. That turned the heat onto that location.

Anyways, some dude was caught by police after trying to sexually assault somebody at Happy Holiday on Friday the 29th. Turns out the same person sexually assaulted somebody at Sasa on the 22nd. That's probably why there was police activity there.

Zen Garden is closed. The office is empty and a for lease sign in the window. When I drove by SASA Friday afternoon there was a Salem PD crime scene van parked in front of the business with door open to SASA. I don't have a clue why, but when I drove by later all the signs and lights were off at the business.

I read on Reddit that somebody attempted to sexually assault a worker at Happy Holiday and got arrested last week on Friday the 29th, and that that the same man.

Sasa is still open. It never closed. The lease sign you saw is for an office on the corner of that building. That office used to be a massage place, but it wasn't SASA. Don't recall what the name was. Sasa is two doors down from it, facing Commercial, next to the barbershop.

Zen Massage (I think that is the name) and Sasa are still in that complex. I imagine three massage parlors in one office complex was overkill. Not to mention that there is Lucky Spa in the complex right across the street on Mission.
