I wonder how some of these charges work. If there was a legit sting, you would think you would see a bunch of arrests and a news article. They could just as easily charge the hotel owner / operator with keeping a known Bawdy place but they never do. Seems odd until you follow the money. Hotels pay a good bit if tax revenue to the city. If they shut them down they lose money.
