Here's what I think.

Mimi may run Sakura but doesn't own it. She's the best they had, wanted her back, and had to give her a piece of the pie so to speak.

All the AMPs are run by mobs out of New York. There are tiers of providers. The best ones go to the best most profitable places. Big cities. They get sent out for a few months and always back to NY. You think they really xare about visas? Personally I think that story is bs, but maybe not. They most probably head back to NY to either receive new fake visa or get flights home to renew them, where it's less noticeable as there are many Chinese on the flights. In other words, they're not flying directly from CVG to China.

These girls are sent all over the US to pay their debt. They talented good ones and move them around, a month or two at a time, to boost business at one of their struggling franchises. Like any business, they move the good ones around to attract more business to the struggling ones. When you have a good experience at ABC AMP you'll go back assuming your Mimi is there again. When she's not they still got your money. They have to keep moving the good ones around to spread the wealth. Girls also change names at every AMP, why do you think that is? If an AMP is in a strip mall you can always check out the back. Sometimes they have the backdoor marked and unlocked. If not you could call them to see if they will let you in the back door.

I will try to drive by the place to scope it out.

I have noticed an increase LEO presence on Loveland-Madeira Road as late got pulled over for basically a license and registration check for going 35 in a 25 mph very early in the morning. Basically a a license insurance and registration check, got a warning. I wonder if they need to raise funds for that new parking lot they putting in downtown. I usually drive carefully because I have seen deer scampering around in that area. I drive a relatively new car nothing suspicious about it. I routinely drive the same way 5 days a week on my way to work. I wonder what's the deal. Be careful out there.

I have visited this location on and off. I usually see CoCo. She is older and very short. She gives a good massage and always gets the job done. There is usually the same two older women at this location and they are always friendly. On my last visit there is another woman there that appears to be slightly younger looking than the other two.
