Posts: 318I will make one correction that is of great importance.
I too have read the entire bill. There is NO language saying the business "must VERIFY" anything with respects to the information entered. The word that is used is "must CONFIRM the identification of the client". "Confirm" simply means to check something that is already believed to be true. Here is what the business MUST collect. (Customer Full Legal name, address and phone number). So, you fill out your info as "John Doe" 123 43st, Orlando, FL 33333 and they ask you "is this correct" and you say "yes". That satisfies the language in the bill regarding confirmation. Had the language in the bill read "verify" , different story. That would mean to prove the information is true and accurate.
Needless to say, the burden is on the business to jump through the compliance flaming hoops. The customer bears little to no burden from this bill. The DOH is the state body overseeing compliance / enforcement and doling out infractions (misdemeanors & felonies), fines and emergency license suspensions for a litany of reasons that I won't go into here. I expect at some point they will pop into a few places and see if the business is even trying to comply. The other post is correct regarding I'd's. It was a suggestion in the bill framed as "may be used".
Good new for us, it seems like business as usual.

Posts: 288A damn shame Orlando / Tampa doesn't have a dedicated (K) Agency forum, so hopefully folks will tolerate a bit of conversation on the topic here. Been a client at VAC in Vegas since before the name change when they were the Hobby Shop. Also a regular at the agency that's been banned from discussion in the LV forum as well as many others that have come and gone. As much as I enjoy the scene out there, Vegas has become significantly more expensive, and I hate the 5 hour flight. The good news is the East coast is quickly gaining ground. I was in DC / NoVa last month and there are a dozen agencies mostly in Tyson's, VA these days. Beautiful Kgirls, more and more Jgirls, and a smorgasbord menu with enough options to keep any man happy. I haven't been to KGFE in Miami, but I've used LKATL in Atlanta and I'll be back next week. The point of this is to say I really hope our AMP scene doesn't change, because in reality the value they represent (particularly in Orlando!) is unbeatable. However, regardless if things change or not, there are some excellent options out there that we're sorely missing out on here in Central Florida.

Posts: 463Thanks for Aqua Weekend Lineup Update
Thanks for the Aqua weekend lineup update. The review that I referenced for my anticipated visit mentioned "Yoko" while the current roster has "Yoyo". I am going to assume that Yoko and Yoyo are the same person. With the language issues, it can be difficult to determine the correct pronunciation of a name.

Stopped by Semoran Spa today, late morning, on 436 in a strip mall right near 408. Drew Lisa - 30 Chinese, very pretty, slim, stacked, interesting tattoos and placement. Nothing different up front, just paid the standard 1/2 hour 'bundled' rate. My goodness, she was beautiful and had a great massage and table shower. She wants me to come back before the end of July when she heads back out west. Highly recommend.

Posts: 256Stopped by spring today. Did the new sign in, can just write anything. Not sure if more is required. I thought they need files for clients. Saw chole again. Best table shower out of all the providers I have seen in a while. She spent so much time jasmine needed to give her a warning.

Posts: 267Oh. The Las Vegas scene is booming, right now, with a new agency, plus "Pepsi" and her friends doing a residency. Have you spent any time with Sugar (DTLA) with Booker Gray, now that she offers PSI and doubles with Cici? I am dying to get back to LA, and try them out, together. Both are fantastic, solo, but doubles would be amazing. Sugar is up for a little fantasy role playing, as well, if you get her in the right mood.

Posts: 267Thank you. Seems like we have similar travel patterns. I have missed out on ORD, but have managed to build "references" in PHL, LGA, SEA and even broke into the super secret agency in AUS (before they clamped down on new clients). The K-Girl agencies do have a network that goes coast to coast. Not sure if the C-Girl agencies are quite as linked in. Once you get in the door with one agency, it's wise to build and expand your list of references, as much as possible. They are competitors, but at the same time, they also understand the need protect each other.

Where did you find girls from the Philippines? That's somewhat difficult to find in the usual K-Girl or C-Girl agencies.

Do you know if this is the same Chloe that was at NDS, during the spring of 2023? Was she all natural, or man-mades? Any tats?

Been a while since I visited here, but I like it cause it's tucked away. Dreamt of Wendy a nice one on the younger side wit natural Bs and a tight kitty. She was sensual and teased nicely. The Dream was nice and she did most of the workl. Only posting cause she was super nice and said it was so slow that she would leaving in a month. Place is clean and the sheets smelled fresh. Give her a visit if you are on this side of town.

Hey all, moved to the area recently near winter garden. Any leads on good places? It seems pretty dry without driving half an hour plus somewhere. Appreciated.

Posts: 463Aqua Roster for this Weekend?
Can any hobbyists provide an update on the Aqua weekend roster? Am very interested in meeting Yoko, a mixed Japanese / Chinese woman who was the subject of a favorable review about a week ago.
Am anticipating a weekend visit to Aqua and I realize rosters can change and change again, often with little or no notice. I'll follow up with an inquiry phone call before driving to Aqua but any preliminary info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I've been in this game for many years and have seen this same legislation in different states. It's all election year BS. Smoke and mirrors. After a few months it will all be forgotten. These businesses pay taxes to the state and there are quite a few of them and money talks. Any AMP that's done business for a while knows this. It may make things difficult for a short while and we may lose a couple in the process but that's the cost of doing business. After November it will start to ease up then it will be back to build usual.

In Florida, the Florida Board of Massage Therapy was legislatively established to ensure that every Massage Therapist practicing in this state and every Massage Establishment meet minimum requirements for safe practice. Massage Establishments (the actual Florida 'legal' term for what we all call AMPs) are inspected and investigated by the Florida Department of Health, and, as of July 1st, 2024, are required to comply with Florida House Bill 197 (click that red link for the full text of the bill).
As the "service" is considered Massage "THERAPY", it falls under Health Care and HIPAA would apply, however, as referenced below, LE is all but exempt from being restricted by HIPAA restrictions. The thin protections offered by HIPAA in this environment only means that the AMP can't share your personal information with... anybody else... but LE gets a free peek.
See there... I just made Google 'sing and dance a fancy show-tune'! HA!
OK, now then ... beyond Google and into "Opinion" mode: In my opinion, LE isn't about to go into an AMP, collect customer information, and run out to knock on doors to "embarrass" men at their homes in front of their families. I suppose they COULD, but that's a LOT of work for no benefit, as there is no way to prove a crime has been committed. There is actually no way to PROVE that any AMP logbook, with YOUR NAME in it, was filled out by YOU! Your buddy, your neighbor, your high school bully could have put down your name/address/phone number ... totally without your knowledge! Finally, as has been noted many times by those here with a calm disposition, there is nothing illegal about going into a Massage Establishment and getting a massage.
That said, I DO think the purpose of the requirement to collect client name/address/phone number is more to scare clients away and reduce the business volume of the businesses involved. How many of you guys are skittish about giving out that info? How many of you guys might choose NOT to go to an AMP out of this fear/concern? While it's (most likely) no actual threat, that fear/concern is running through many of your thoughts, even though it needn't be.
