I've seen her a few times. I know what you mean about the standoffish part and experienced that every time I arrived and had to go through her two call system. On one hand, yes she did make it more of a PITA than it needed to be and things weren't working out with app numbers from both sides of things and I almost bailed twice out of frustration.
