Kgirl agencies dominate HX ads from what I'm told so if you have a decent network, getting in shouldn't be too much of a hassle. The bookers can help you out to figure the price structure and add ons but most sites list it pretty plainly. Some girls are BBFS sans charge others are not. 1) you're best bet is to just follow what is posted about each girl, some bookers are better than others, I like the ones that list the rates and service that you can expect like orangecuties and get9 while others are just bare minimum of stats and whether PSE is possible.
