If I'm not mistaken, this article was made 2 months ago on May, and 2 months later would have been starting July 1st when the laws are now in effect, and not September?

I got to Gardenia about 2 pm. I thought that'd be a quieter time. A mid-weekday around 10 am is when I have the best luck at any of these places.
