The thread dedicated to it is old and not with current info. The basics back in the day were you put up a classifieds ad in the Craigslist personals section offering assistance to the ladies. I'm of the opinion that SD sites are not on the LE target list. Too much time and effort involved for them to be effective. Most sex trade arrests are conducted during short time period stings. The easiest way to do that is either going after the workers and mongers on the street, or throwing out an explicit escort ad with a number for the monger to text / call and then arrive at their location to get the bracelets installed.
